target groups for the 3 English Language programmes are as follow:
a)
ADULT LITERACY AND NUMERACY
Adult workers who cannot read, write, speak and count in the English
Language.
b)
CERTIFICATE IN COMMUNICATION ENGLISH FOR WORKERS
Workers
with Standard 6 education or equivalent standard in English Language
from the manufacturing and services industries.
c)
CERTIFICATE IN BUSINESS ENGLISH FOR EXECUTIVES
Companies’
executives with SPM or equivalent standard in English Language
from the manufacturing and services industries.
